Tibet 2026

The retreat in Tibet was, above all, a profound encounter with silence, presence, and a simpler way of being. We went there seeking knowledge, spiritual connection, and a deeper understanding of ourselves. We found all of this not only in the teachings and practices, but also in the mountains, monasteries, temples, acts of devotion, and the local way of life.

The grandeur of the landscape contrasted with the delicacy of the smallest details: the sound of prayers, flags moving in the wind, the paths walked by pilgrims, and the serenity that seemed to inhabit every place. The rhythm of the retreat invited us to slow down, observe, and listen—not only to what surrounded us, but also to what usually remains hidden within us.

It was also an experience that challenged and changed us. The altitude, tiredness, discomfort, and encounter with a reality so different from our own stripped away some of our usual distractions and defenses. Faced with such immensity, many everyday concerns lost their power, while essential questions emerged: What truly matters? What do we need to leave behind? How do we want to live when we return?

We came back transformed, not because we found definitive answers, but because we learned to stay with the questions in a different way. Tibet showed us that spirituality is not about withdrawing from life, but about being fully present within it. What we went there seeking revealed itself through simplicity, silence, discipline, beauty, and the humanity we encountered along the way.

What we witnessed there has remained with us—as a memory, a lesson, and a lasting invitation to live with greater awareness, respect, and truth.
